Black Suede Studio accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, pristine footwear within 21 days of the original delivery date. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including the designer dust bag and shoe box, to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email address for easy processing.
Package Your Items
Place the footwear in its original box and secure it inside a shipping carton to ensure the luxury packaging remains undamaged during transit.
Drop Off & Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our quality control team inspects the return.
